I've seen a few of these done poorly on old episodes of Xmen that I watch with my son. I hunt them down and pause on them.

They mostly say 'delete this' or 'to be cut'

Some episodes of Xmen cartoon (1992). Can't remember which episodes but it happened a lot. Then again they did a shit ton of episodes. Guess it's a lot of work to quality check a TV show thats 34 years old at this point.
