If I dread a workout I usually simplify or modify. If it feels like work I just wonβt do it in the long run

yeah, I always feel better after doing it. dread may have been a bit of an overstatement, but I agree that it is better for long-term motivation to stick to workout routines that you don't constantly dread. 500 $farther
