should be a way in warpcast to tell people what the "norms" are for posting in a channel... e.g. in /wireframe I want people to post 1-2 good images with each cast

github has tools to allow repos to do this for contributors, seems to work p well afaik.. should take a look

that or description yeah... I guess the meta comment here is just that I didn't think to define the posting norms upfront, but I probably should have. So a future UI could encourage future channel creators to do that
