Idea: This is a binary stream of 0101000111... where bit[fid] = badge yes/no. Submit it to a smart contract every week. Provide a function powerBadge(uint fid) returns (bool). How much would it cost? Can eip-4844 be leveraged? (ideal in theory for this use case.)

It sounded like a good idea, but it's not, because fids are hard to link with msg.sender 😔
