Little bit of will power, the challenge is that your gut is used to these foods, it craves them for a short period of time. So I supplement with healthy sugars like fruit. I used to indulge in fast food, but honestly there is a huge difference in how I feel when I do and don't eat it. Once you power through not giving into the cravings for a month or so, you start to feel amazing.
