I say this as a staunch opposer of Trump. He's terrible, but imo until Democrats can look at their party honestly, grifters are going to continue to have success against them. The Dems actions they took to hide and outright lie about Bidens mental capacity, when everyone could tell they were lying... forgoing a primary to find the best candidate to go up against trump, and instead slotting in the worst polling democrat in 2020 last minute was a massive reason why Trump won... Plenty of other reasons too, wasn't all that long ago that those red states overwhelmingly voted blue until the D's abandoned their values for corporate america...
