I've enjoyed a lot of pizza throughout my life, from New York City to Naples to Tokyo and beyond. 

Last night, I had one of the top three pizzas I've ever tasted at a place called Vice Versa in Miami. It's Napoli-style, and they incorporate a technique from Tokyo by heavily salting the crust, resulting in a Neapolitan pizza that’s wonderfully crunchy rather than soggy. 

The restaurant has the ambiance of a classy cocktail bar while specializing in pizza. We tried a pizza topped with Japanese sweet potatoes and guanciale, and I can't stop thinking about it. I definitely need to go back and take some photos, as I was too busy savoring the experience!
