Frustrating: - not knowing all the DAOs that I still hold voting power in - not knowing when I'm eligible for a vote - going to vote and seeing a long, complicated proposal that I don't have time or desire to read in entirety Ideal voting system would: - list for me every DAO that I have membership and voting power in - notify me, preferably through multiple channels (notifs, DMs, etc), when there's a vote to participate in - automatically provide a brief AI summary of the proposal

imo it is frustrating due to high gas fees, low voter turnout, and the influence of large token holders, leading to centralization of power. A perfect decentralized voting system would have low-cost, privacy-preserving voting, quadratic voting to reduce token whale influence, and offchain options for broader participation while still securing the process with cryptographic proofs.

there are some good points in the replies I just like to add that having a short period of test run would be nice that way, bugs or farming potentials will be revealed and improvement suggestions will come from the users

Perfect system would be a farcaster notification letting me know which votes are upcoming that I have voting power for. A.I would give a quick TLDR of the line items for the proposal. Notifications can be personalized to show up on specific intervals

The gas fee is always a problem. UI can be improved Whatever is skewed towards whales always puts me off. I miss alot of the votes because it’s difficult to keep track of where I can vote and where I eligible to. A list or notif can be helpful.

Frustrating: -Gas fees: voting shouldn't feel like paying a tax just to participate. Decentralized voting: -Easy accessibility: a simple, user-friendly interface that even non-crypto users can understand.

I like this raindrop. Getting feedback from the community is the surest way for a project to be successful and stand out amongst the rest. These are my frustrations when it comes to onchain voting: 1. Cost and complexity. 2. Governance and participation 3. Security and vulnerability. 4. Scalability and accessibility 5. Transparency and privacy. A perfect decentralised voting system should entail the following: 1. Robust security. 2. Verifiable integrity. 3. Guaranteed privacy and accessibility. 4. Resistance to coercion.
