we tried to make it super easy, so once you connect your wallet and strava, we’ll automatically show stats you can attest to your wallet

like: all-time running, all-time cycling, all-time swimming, and week to date workouts (👀)

when you attest to a stat we publish it as raw metadata on ethereum attestation service like this:

now, your strava data (previously silo’d away in web2) is brought to web3 in your wallet 

from there, the data is permissionlessly composable

in fact, we're building the first mini-app on top of receipts data, a fitness leaderboard 

soon you’ll be able to see which wallets in crypto have run the most miles ever, or worked out the most this week

fitness is an important part of our personal lives and we have big plans for receipts.xyz (strava is just the first data source)

Very cool! @spengrah.eth and I (mostly Spencer) worked briefly on onchain commitment contracts for Strava activity, but getting the data onchain was always a challenge. Might be time to take another swing at it...

attest.sh (it's amazingly flexible) can support all different types of schemas, including w3c standard VCs

This is an interesting idea. Take your quantified self data, tallies, etc. outside of the platforms that collect the info and create a different kind of social fitness platform. A lot you could do to expand. Congrats on the launch.

we store your strava ID (no one else has access), so you can easily refresh attestations 

nobody has access to your strava username or profile, we only publish (to EAS) the exact fitness data you see visualized in your dashboard when you hit "attest".
