- a way to stand out 
- founder says it "doesn't feel intrusive"
- investor says "it feels a little creepy"

Love the hustle. It's a concept I've seen some dApps working on. Rather than capital sent though, it's done via token gating -> hold x amount of person’s token to get in their DMs

Interesting growth hack but likely stops working at scale due to spam.

That said, I do think paid DMs/inbox _might_ be primed to work these days a la the OG Earn.com. Would love to see more teams experimenting with "Respond to Earn".

Respect the hustle / works perhaps as a novel tactic but definitely not for me from the investing side of things. I don’t want to have a transactional relationship with founders, so why should I start with one?
