Alejandro Muñoz Moreno, known as the Blue Demon, was a Mexican luchador (professional wrestler). The Blue Demon is considered a Lucha Libre legend. His wrestling career began in 1948 and lasted 41 years. In his entire career, Muñoz never lost a Lucha de Apuestas match. He won the NWA World Welterweight Championship twice, the Mexican National Welterweight Championship three times, and the Mexican Tag Team Championship. He retired without ever revealing his face to the public, and was buried wearing his signature blue and silver mask. Alejandro Muñoz Moreno was inducted into the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Hall of Fame in 1996 as part of the inaugural HOF selection. The blue and silver Blue Demon mask is known throughout the world and is the symbol of Lucha Libre.

My hobby is windsurfing. Catching the wind is a real pleasure. The breeze blows early in the morning when the wind blows from the coast to the sea. It is at this time that the entire surfing community gathers. Nobody wants to miss the breeze. The sea is full of colorful sails. They flutter over the horizon like butterflies. The sight of the sails at dawn is breathtaking. And you glide on smooth water. You are overcome with a feeling of complete freedom and joy. So damn cool!

So, I had an interesting visitor today - a praying mantis. No, not a wandering monk! This is an insect. This guy has a neat trick when he sets his prey on fire: he disguises himself as leaves or branches. Pretty smart, yeah! It has long and prehensile front legs for grasping food. And he can turn his head 180 degrees to avoid danger. Observations of praying mantises led to the creation of one of the main styles of Chinese Wushu - the praying mantis style. Cool, yeah?
