We lost one of North Stars players my Mom found a Blues player. At a garage sale we always said that player got traded to the North Stars. He just didn’t switch jerseys. Then again for us it was Greenway vs Rapids.

Yes, not what I am saying. The day of Neely's death, nobody on the train knew of his criminal history. All people on the subway knew was his threatening behavior, right then and there, thus his criminal history is not relevant in analyzing Penny's actions.
