Any high quality tutorials on running a hub + replicator on a sensible configuration + running queries? If not, I’ll make on once I figure everything out

I haven't seen one besides the official documentation. I'd love to see how to successfully set up a replicator in a reasonable timeframe. Took nearly a week to finish synching on a pretty beefy AWS instance.
