My own manual count of the poll responses from yesterday:

If the monopolist is a corporation: 19 (monopolize) vs 42 (delay)
If the monopolist is a US gov agency: 8 (monopolize) vs 10 (delay)
If the monopolist is an international gov body: 10 (monopolize) vs 16 (delay)

Did you change your mind from the responses? Anything notable?

I was struck by the popularity of (2) in all cases. It's even greater for the non-Farcaster polls that I have attempted.

Lots of people want AI not delayed, either in the case where the AI would be open for everyone, or regardless of the details.

Is there any case where people would not want all AI delayed?

Seems like ‘all delayed’ is being read like ‘keep things the way they are’, so it’s more loss aversion than anything. People don’t want to explore the unknown at risk of losing what they have. 
Or maybe your followers tend to be anti centralization in any field..
