Nice Frame! I would add onto #3 (which I chose) with convenience. I trust that a company built solely around staking will offer the best product experience that lets me easily dip in and out of staking when new opportunities present themselves. No cool down and the potential for future airdrops are important too.

Need a token gate on the frame for wallets with more than 32 ETH to gain more signal here. 32 ETH = not so much if you entered the space before the last bull cycle.' 32 ETH = not so much if you have capital to allocate. 32 ETH = quite a decent amount when you're raising a family and have other financial priorities.

Say we build a game, an appchain and a community around it. 50 ETH in the treasury, 70ish in the contract. What's your best viable advice for the DAO to stake those ETH? Of course neither lido nor coinbase, we are thinking about rocket pool at the moment.

Liquidity and convenience mostly for me 32 eth would be a big chunk of my portfolio so I'd rather have it liquid staked (and some restaked) to not miss opportunities.

I define 'too hard' to include keeping the thing up. My main reason to not solo stake is I don't trust the thing to stay up and I don't want to worry about upkeep 24-7-365. 9 years ago I had a Darkcoin ("Dash" today) masternode which I got up and running by w/ easy directions. But keeping the node up was a pita.
