This is a good example of a way the Chinese language is underrated. I had not seen the word "监护人" before, but I had seen "监" many times and so I knew the word had something to do with supervising. Turns out I guessed correctly: 护卫着 is like "security guard", 监护人 is like "guardian (of a child)"

Yes many nouns can be guessed or at the very least communicated approximately in Chinese (比如说”火山”). The phonetic translations (loanwords) are nice as well.

Traditional chinese (繁體字) is even more fascinating and packed more infomation per character. It maybe hard to write but still easily identifiable

So… people don’t really use the word 卫护者 it sounds like some kind of direct translation It might mean we could now create a specific web3 meaning for the word because 监护人 has some legal meaning to this actually (in practice)

监 basically means to watch closely. You were basically right with the meanings of 护卫者 and 监护人。Except it is 护卫者 instead of 护卫着, the later means the verb guarding.
