Github's contribution tracker seems to be very misleading. It shows very little activity, but I've made many commits to ethereum/research each day in the past week alone. Any idea what's up?

Looks like those commits have a different email associated with them. Perhaps you can amend them, or associate that email with your GitHub?

Just fyi - you can mint a POAP for your contribution to many of the Ethereum repos - login to gitpoap.io to find the POAPs you are eligible for. GitPOAP is a platform integrated to GitHub and offers POAPs as rewards for open source contributions.

Something to be aware of is that activity is recorded when it makes it to the main branch. This means there can be a huge delay between when you commit something and when the square for that commit date finally appears as green.
