Part 1: Virtuals Nation Fiscal Policy

Nation building doesn't appear out of thin air. The key to industrialization growth is fiscal policy. We are unveiling several initiatives that comprehensively cover teams building in Virtuals across all stages:

Good teams always have options to build elsewhere. The key here is hunting coupled with incentives. We're introducing a decentralized venture partner network: the team is selecting top venture partners with access to AI talents across all regions/ecosystems as curators. They will have the autonomy to disburse grants from the Virtuals treasury to bring top-tier builders into the ecosystem, with clear, transparent grant usage. Eventually, we aim to decentralize the selection of venture partners back to the token holders.
