Fuck the real estate, buy more Bitcoin. I bought a house cash for $200k in 2018. If I put the same amount into Bitcoin I would have made over $1.2M and not have dealt with tenants, replace a roof, replace a fence, late rent payments, etc.

app-specific L2s are impractical today. Most crypto apps need composability with apps or infra that only exists on other chains. Those that don't will find user acquisition expensive due to the extra onboarding pain. the solution is based sequencing, apps will realize soon.
