Watching Demolition Man - filmed in 1993, takes place in 2032. They got some things quite right - there's a tablet doing a video call, lots of voice activated stuff, self driving cars that also require manual driving. I'm not holding my breath that crime will be eliminated though.

I like what the Streamr guys are doing. It seems like they took a decentralization approach like Farcaster where there's enough blockchain integration where it matters but the rest is separate. Curious to see how their 1.0 release goes.

Usability is just so frustrating and broken on so many web3 things. Balancer didn't connect to Metamask today. Why? Who knows. I get to their "Connect Wallet", explicitly click on "Metamask", and now Coinbase Wallet insists on opening instead. Hey, at least farcaster/Warpcast seems to work great.
