and this was my first 5k running event. Even with the rain, it was a challenging experience, but at the same time with a feeling of accomplishment 

i had an internal goal of doing this race in a maximum of 31min

it was challenging and tiring with the rain, my heart rate was between 176 and 192 bpm, but in the heat of the moment, trying to do my best, I managed to complete the 5k in 28:35 min (pace 05:43)

the experience was really worth it, + 1%
