The UK delaying regulations until 2026 is going to be hugely damaging to the sector

I've been puzzling through a potential move back to the UK (personal/family reasons) but as a crypto founder it seems to make more sense to remain in the US for the forseeable future

UK crypto LPs were telling me about all their regulatory woes and I was surprised to hear that it sounded even worse than the US

I seriously doubt we will see a "free for all" in the US beginning on Jan 20.
In fact, probably worth warning new crypto builders that the Securities and Exchange Act is still in place and issuing unregistered securities will put you in the cross hairs of trouble. We still need to push lawmakers for clarifications relevant to crypto.
