The new channel proposal enables channel legos

- Channel owners have the freedom to mix and match tools and settings

- Enables developers to build businesses at different parts of the channel stack, e.g. economic layer is now open season vs. current centralized channel pass model

Plugins like otoco.io for making onchain entities would be good to loop in on this too. Gotta protect the peeps
