Cause when I started I had good legs and I thought that I should focus on my upper body. But now I think my body is compensated, so maybe it’s time to start.

are you thinking more dynamic movements like squats? you're working way more than just your quads. You could do cleans too. Get your spine used to handling the load, don't just focus on leg press, leg extensions.... (isolated leg movements)
