Is there a good read about switching from high meeting+emails culture to a low meetings+emails/high slack/discord/telegram culture?

It’s really hard to explain the benefits to an org full of people that haven’t seen the pattern in action and think it’s kids wasting time

I see you management and raise you either /orgdesign or /networkedorgs

Either of those resonate with what you have in mind?

I’m wary of buzzwords (networked orgs) and tend to approach org design indirectly through line management practices. Otherwise improvement gets captured by org theory bureaucrats :) Management is the broadest category for me and includes both your suggestions

I have a bad habit of having my own local definitions of broad buzzwords to use as shorthand to bootstrap into deeper conversation. 

But yeah it fails badly with earnest buzzword enjoyers.
