My reactions a) unlikely - skeptics and believers make up small minority of people who even know what a blockchain is, even if skeptics won over b) would love this to be the pathway c) this feels like the mainstream use case today, but lower TAM than internet/mobile d) same as c e) c and d will likely prevent this

Build products and services that don't make sense for centralized parties to try and build because it doesn't fit their incentive models. I guess that means B although we can go beyond Apps since that is a very centralized concept (each app is its own little box).

b) in a way where it consumes and plays the part of c & d. When apps normally incorporate value systems that can give users benefits that the normal app/economy complex can’t or won’t, then it will become natural. Like how mainstream vegetarianism depends on lower cost, more delicious meat substitutes.

(b) most definitely. But I think (c) is also a huge factor and what we’ve mostly seen thus far. However, most people don’t interact with “finance/wall street” so I guess that’ll likely not be “mainstream”.

strong belief it's c), but over a couple more cycles (i.e. likely not quite there this cycle) will take aging out of 1 more gen of execs

of these options, b) if c) includes SMEs issuing tokens & tokens directing SMEs, then I think there could be interesting mainstream productivity -> entertainment meta-narrative. but b) directly addresses soft tech as a relative safe bet, insulated from IRL costs/curveballs.

d, imo With b to follow, and then maybe c if it’s ever possible to untangle those things with clarity.
