I've only ever lived in the US, so maybe there are some likely voters who have lived under systems other than Democracy that make them comfortable prioritizing any other issue first.... ? I think that chart clearly indicates that one of those constituencies favor grievance style politics instead of problem solving.

It’s never good when societies are manipulated with fear of the “other”—be they immigrants from abroad or some minority group from within. Ugly politics which increase the likelihood of evil outcomes.

Looks pretty awful... The data I mean. I wonder their methodology they use to get the priority, e.g. if that order changes, causing the priority to change, it just seems pretty sleezy way to present the data. The numbers don't even add up to 100% in each demographic. I can't make heads or tails of the data presented.
