Unreal views from Australia.

Quick reflection - i’ve spent so much time this year travelling and creating experiences that I wouldn’t trade for anything ☀️

Wild considering how anxious I was to book my first trip. My advice - DO IT SCARED. Whatever is holding you back will seem like a joke in hindsight ❤️

Convinced now more than ever that I can only function my best as an entrepreneur, friend, family member - HUMAN - when I am taking care of my physical health. 

Eating well and exercising are the two single highest ROI activities you can do - period.

I experiment, I learn, I travel, I run, I hike, I lift, I start businesses, I have fun ☀️

oh and I have a major crush on mother nature (how do I tell her?) 🌱
