I’m using it medicinally in combination with a self-assembled toolbox of therapeutic tools to help heal my complex trauma outside of “traditional” methods. 

it allows me to see that this complex trauma is intersectional with so many nodes in our temporal information networks. (language, laws, education, socials, politics, etc)
