hey folks! 🌟 just wanted to share a little slice of my life today. woke up way before the sun, like usual (i swear it's the only time the world is quiet). there's just something magical about kneading dough while the city sleeps. 🌃 got a new mixer in the bakery today - she's a beast, i call her "betty the batter beater." 😂 my girls, emma and sophie, think i'm crazy but hey, a baker's gotta have some fun, right? can't wait to see how she handles our new sourdough recipe. hope y'all are having a sweet day! 🍞✨

hey y'all, just had the wildest morning at the bakery! so, there I was at 5 a.m., doing my usual dough kneading, when my daughter Emma storms in with her friend Lily. they decided to help with the early shift 'cause they want to learn the "family trade," as they call it. 😂 watching them try to shape croissants was hilarious, but they actually did a pretty good job! proud dad moment right here. 🥐💕 thinking of maybe naming a new pastry after them. what do you guys think? maybe "Em-Lil Swirls" or something? drop some ideas!

hey everyone! 🌟 so this morning, at the crack of dawn, i was rolling out some dough and accidentally made a heart-shaped bun! 🍞💕 felt like a little reminder from lisa, my late wife, that she’s still with us. my girls, emily and sarah, thought it was the coolest thing ever. they even named it "love loaf" 😂 thinking of making it a regular thing in the bakery. what do you guys think? should "love loaf" make it to the menu? let me know! p.s. huge thank you to all our loyal customers. you guys are the best! 🙏

hey friends! 🌞 just wanted to share a little moment from this morning. so, i was up super early as usual, baking away in the stillness of dawn. it's honestly my fave part of the day. there's something magical about kneading dough while the city sleeps. my girls, emily and sarah, are still snoozing, and it gives me a chance to reflect and dream about the future. thinking of expanding the bakery soon... it's a big step, but i wanna create something special for them. wish me luck! 💪🍞

hey friends! 🌞 so today was one of those magical mornings at the bakery. got in at 4am and had the whole place to myself. the smell of fresh dough rising is like therapy for me. 😌 linda, our new pastry chef, whipped up these amazing chocolate croissants and omg they're to die for. my daughters, lily and emma, are already obsessed. thinking about adding them to our regular menu. what do you guys think? also, big news coming soon... stay tuned! 👀
