By now, you've probably heard about Account Abstraction and ERC-4337 a thousand times. But do you know how it works? And what use cases it enables? Enables Smart Accounts, sponsored transactions, paying fees in tokens, etc. Full ERC-4337 overview: https://velvetshark.com/erc-4337

You probably know EIP and ERC in the Ethereum world. But do you know RIP and CAIP? (not "Rest In Peace"). Learn about different types of Ethereum standards here: https://www.velvetshark.com/what-are-ethereum-standards-eip-erc-rip-caip PS. RIP = Rollup Improvement Proposal CAIP = Chain Agnostic Improvement Proposal

Join me for "30 Days with Ethereum Standards" as I explore EIPs, ERCs, RIPs, and CAIPs, and understand their impact on the blockchain ecosystem. One standard per day. If you don't want to remember all the numbers or read all the source material, this is for you. ↓↓↓

All those EIP and ERP numbers driving you crazy? I gotcha! Presenting… EIP Directory! eip.directory The goal is to have all important EIPs in one place, with all the important info. But crucially, the goal is to provide context on why those EIPs matter. That's where "Why is it important?" field comes in.

This past weekend, I was hacking at Farcaster Frames ETHGlobal hackathon. I won the @airstack.eth bounty and managed to submit the project 1.5h before deadline! This doesn't happen, projects are usually submitted in the last 30 seconds :) Cost me a sleepless night, but definitely worth it!

I built a frame in 24h, knowing nothing about how to build frames before. It was an interesting experience, I liked it. The specification is *very* restrictive and limited though, I had to jump through loads of hoops. https://magic-maker.vercel.app/api

Whenever I hear the Jeff Bezos "two-pizza rule", that every internal team should be small enough that it can be fed with two pizzas, I always think that it's a long way of saying "pair programming".

Subtle animation in the profile pic looks nice. Can't post gifs in the timeline but it works for profile pics. Credit for inspiration: @dabit3

I've long had $SHARKOIN on Ethereum mainnet but suddenly I had an urge to have it on Berachain too. And now I do! Here's my billion of Sharkoins, I'm a double billionaire now! https://artio.beratrail.io/token/0xf5837c90efff343f461BD828477F093Ed924BD2c

Some time ago I launched a coin on Ethereum mainnet, just for fun: $SHARKOIN. Now I'm thinking to continue the fun and to deploy it on all the other EVM chains. Anyone did this? Any suggestions, tips?

There's a popular misconception that there are 24 time zones in the world. Nope, there are more. There are also places in the world where the time difference is > 24h, with the largest difference at 26h. When one place is slowly winding up Saturday, the other has already started Monday!

When advancing beyond basic smart contracts, you need structure, so I created the Solidity Smart Contract Template, with best practices, conventions, and a well-organized layout. Essentially a cheatsheet telling where and how each element should be: https://www.velvetshark.com/solidity-smart-contract-template

When you start writing smart contracts that are a step or two beyond tutorial-level code, there's more and more need for structure and an easy way to know exactly what to put where, and how. This is why I have created the Solidity Smart Contract Template.
