Wer sägt schon gerne am eigenen Ast, auf dem er sitzt. Weil das Wahlrecht ja so ungerecht ist. Wäre jetzt nur als Beispiel die SPD stärkste Kraft, dann wäre das Wahlrecht wieder gerecht. Fähnchen im Wind, das ist die Union. Das C in CDU/CSU steht ja auch für charakterlos.

Das ist wirklich schockierend. Die Beschlagnahme etwaiger Beweismittel/Datenträger hat verhältnismäßig zu sein. Das dürfte hier - bei einem Fall einer einfachen Beleidigung - im Regelfall nicht zu bejahen sein. Insofern ist das schon bedenklich, wenn Staatsanwälte das so feiern.

Im dritten Versuch will er unbedingt Kanzler werden. Koste es, was es wolle. Danach geht er mit Scholz als schlechtester Kanzler in die Geschichte ein. Auf solch einen Ruhm kann ich verzichten.
