Minneapolis Fed President Neil Kashkari said in a media interview on Saturday that this matter (interest rate cut) really doesn't rely too much on short-term plans between Congress and the new government - it's actually about productivity and economic growth. If this growth can continue and our economy becomes structurally more efficient, then this tells me that we may not cut interest rates as much. @ftydingco
