The passion for video games, like any hobby, evolves. The pace and direction of these changes depend on a myriad of factors - from technological development to socio-economic changes, cultural osmosis. In turn, looking back, we can assess what factors and how gave impetus to certain “mutations”, what events were truly significant, and what has sunk into history. Together with the Dell brand, we decided to take a short excursion through the evolution of the gamer. What gamers were like at the dawn of interactive virtual entertainment, what were the key periods and what it means to be a gamer today. Considering that the Dell brand has existed since 1984, these guys have not only accompanied gamers for decades, but also helped shape the image. Now the company produces monitors, desktop PCs and laptops, among the latter we can note one of the thinnest and most productive laptops
