A founder’s ability to grind is a superpower. But what happens when we can’t “out-effort” problems anymore? I’ve had to confront this bc of chronic illness, but nearly all founders face it in some form - marriage, kids, aging, etc. So what changes do we make now, in preparation for this reality?

We have to have the self-awareness to recognize that our personal stories might unknowingly shape challenges, esp if we’re not mindful of our past’s influence on our present. This awareness acts as a safeguard, helping us sidestep potential pitfalls and craft strategies that reflect our growth. 💡🧭
