Villa Lante, Italy. The garden, apart from its extraordinary beauty, carries a huge symbolic meaning. It is designed so that the water moves independently from the Potok fountain, "the source of life", to the Kvadrat fountain, "the sea of death", in which in the center of each pond there is a boat with a carrier waiting for passengers crossing the River Styx to the dark kingdom of Hades.

Who was wearing the mask was "playing" a role, was not recognizable, and therefore could not be arrested for his actions.

This is one of the most dangerous gardens in the world. It is located on the grounds of Alnwick Castle in the English county of Northumberland. Its gates, decorated with the image of a skull and bones, already warn of the danger. Here grows about a hundred forbidden plants, from which drugs are obtained, and simply dangerous to life and health of people.

Francisco Alvarado Park, Zarcero, Costa Rica. This garden consists entirely of bushes and trees cut in the shape of various animals, including some that are very abstract and strange. The trees are trimmed so bizarrely that it gives the impression of unreality of the surrounding world.

The faces of Venetians were once veiled for many months of the year, and mainly for three reasons. 1. Carnival used to begin on December 26 (i.e., the day after Catholic Christmas) and lasted through Ash Wednesday (celebrated 46 calendar days before Easter).

We've looked at the main Venetian masks, now let's explore their history a bit. The history of Venetian masks was not originally connected with carnival. While the first street celebrations are attested from as early as 1000, the use of masks dates only from 1200, and only in 1400 a class of craftsmen for making Venetian masks, the so-called "mascareri", was born.

Miracle Garden, is one of Dubai's main attractions. There are about 100 million flowers in the park - an absolute world record and a great achievement of technology, because the greenhouse is located on the territory of the desert. @flony have you been there?

Kawachi Fuji Garden (Japan). When you first see pictures of this amazing park, it seems that they are paintings of an artist with a very rich imagination, so incredible is the reality. But all of this is real. The most beautiful place of Kawachi Fuji is undoubtedly the Wisteria Tunnel.

Zen Garden at Ryoanji Temple, Japan. On a small rectangular area there are 15 black rough stones. No matter from which point a visitor to the garden views this composition, he sees only 14 stones. All the stones can be seen only by floating in the air above the garden, or β€œreaching enlightenment”.
