A big input into determining spam is user reports. If you come across spammy replies, you can help by tapping the kebab menu and hitting report on the cast. Starting today, we'll collect a little more information and also notify you when we've taken action based on your reports.

what about having the reverse of "report as spam?" where you can "report as real user?" and weigh input from badges and other high ranked accounts more seriously to assess getting them off the list. too easy to game?

Curious for more detail here on what you mean by incorrectly labeled content. Only individually reported replies show here or replies from previous flagged accounts? As a user would I know my content has been flagged but I guess the trouble with direct feedback is that it helps bad actors as well?
