Farcaster protocol fees recently dropped from $3 to $2

If you're using Warpcast, you now can signup with a $3 in-app purchase. 

- $2 for Farcaster fees
- $1 for app store fees

Protocol fees started off at $12 last year. 

We've been progressively reducing them as we've gotten better at finding and labelling spam on the network. 

Goal is to get to $1 fees by the end of the year.

it's not. can you share an example of a hidden cast?

I feel like my account is often labelled as spam and my casts get hidden. If I wanted to get treated like that by opaque algorithms I would have stayed on Twitter. This is really frustrating as a user.

Your hunt for spam has hurt accounts like mine.  If you are NOT a builder/dev, but a builder/content creator, then Warpcast is not a good place to do business.
