Power badge ownership is now publicly visible via Warpcast APIs.

The /v2/power-badge-users endpoint returns a list of fids that currently hold the badge. Ownership is recomputed on Tuesdays at 12AM UTC.

Idea:
This is a binary stream of 0101000111... where bit[fid] = badge yes/no.
Submit it to a smart contract every week.
Provide a function powerBadge(uint fid) returns (bool).
How much would it cost? Can eip-4844 be leveraged? (ideal in theory for this use case.)

This is great for allow listing free mints and whatnot to power users in frames.
