Our top priority this week is fixing spam in popular channels. The core problem is: 

- Channels with large distribution attract casters
- Some casters post spam or even just slightly off topic stuff
- Moderating it is exhausting and thankless

We want to find a solution that can be decentralized across  clients.

It's also been really cool to see /automod evolve! 

Being able to delegate moderation to a bot seems really useful, and something we'll factor into this next design.

We shipped channel passes a few weeks ago to a handful of channels - it helped, but wasn't sufficient to prevent spam. 

We're going to extend the idea of passes with some more features that will make channels more "self moderating".  Preview to come soon!
