Do auto tip distribution systems like /microsub and /impact have a negative effect on my account?

They tip my allowance to the people I nominated. Problem is they generate a repeated message and may tip a cast from a long time ago. Here's an example https://warpcast.com/mika2/0x7500fa86

creator of @microsub, here it works by sending out tips (via casting from users' accounts) once per day for most folks, this looks like sending about 5-10 ~identical casts, as replies to a group of user's they've pre-selected, a couple of times per day (see screenshot)

@degenpad also operates on a similar mechanism. Degenpad operates an Initial Tip Offering (ITO) project, which crowdfunds new launches and projects that need promotion within Farcaster using tips. It provides a function to automatically tip once a day so that users can easily fund them using tips. The degenpad team manually likes casts left by users, but I wonder if it is possible to eliminate the negative impact on users by only liking the cast? Thank you for always providing great vision.

/impact is based on curators identifying quality content and then any user of /impact can distribute their tip allowance to a randomized sample of 10 nominated casts at a time Idea is to boost and reward quality content
