Animated PFP's are going away on Warpcast ๐Ÿ˜” This was a much loved feature, but caused crashes and performance issues for many Android users. There was no easy fix. If you have an animated pfp, we'll show it as a static image going forward.

The animated PFPs still show as animated on my iphone. Not sure why. I didn't do anything. It's up-to-date on its OS.

thank god. I've been asking for motion reduction for a long time, since animated pfps started becoming popular. It's a standard accessibility feature in iOS, Android, and desktop OSs and the fact that Warpcast doesn't have it (or adhere to it) drives me a little nuts
