I know you said we should ask how spam detection works. But this is as important. 

Can we have a channel or maybe a few people, like a support team, who we can tag to things like new users being wrongfully marked as spam, who can help to take necessary actions.

It’s always gonna be harder to get your attention or Dan’s.
