I would go with something upgradable so the wallets can evolve with adoption of AA. Upgrading can be made pretty cheap if you make use of delegatecall. One person deploys a contract with new AA Logic, and everyone else can pay a small fee to switch an address over. Similar to horsefacts proposal for app association.

this is something I've been thinking to onboard new users to Farcaster once permissionless - have users connect a signer then create an AA wallet (which will be used to control their FiD)

Banana Wallet and Raise Finance wallet (for zksync) are interesting as they both have biometric/webauthn support. ZkSync might be the best chain to deploy on as making an AA wallet is natively gas-free

Check out @blocto as we successfully onboarded 400K users on non-EVM chains like Aptos and Flow with native AA and are pushing forward 4337 standards in the field.
