Have contracts been deployed but not active yet, or they’re getting deployed tm? Would be useful to get details (address, ABI, interfaces) when ready

Nice to see the change that prevents the registration of “empty” fids. What happens to all the fids that were recently registered but remain empty. Anyway to get those back?
