Why are so many farquest users deleting the Warpcast signer? 😅 Could you add UX to stop people from this footgun?

I don’t think it is a farquest behavior it seems logical to delete the old signer once FID is transferred, to remove its authority over the account This is the case for hacked/lost phone, sold FIDs, etc

The signer gives Warpcast the ability to post on your behalf. Why would you want to delete it and re add it ? I don’t think that makes any sense security wise.

People manage business Twitter accounts all the time and share passwords, so revoking is important e.g. when an employee leaves. Especially if an employee loses their e.g. poorly encrypted Android phone. Business accounts get targeted often. Rotating a business account password is the equivalent of deleting a signer.
