Snapchain is an upgrade to hubs that makes syncing data between Farcaster apps fast and reliable. 

Our proposal was just updated to support: 

1. Multiple writers, so no single party controls access. Neynar will run a writer on day one.

2. Sharding, so we can scale to support 100x the number of users
