Moscow is a propaganda machine. Ukraine has been fighting mostly with US weapons. Russia has been firing ballistic missiles into Ukraine since 2022. Bringing in NorthKorean troops is escalation. Largest missile salvo of the war is escalation. Russia doesn’t want peace.
