3/ Simple Developer Tools: Our best-performing developer tools have been simple ones. Twilio was ~5 API calls in its infancy. Some of us felt the complexity of current tools might be a barrier, suggesting we should prioritize simplicity in our investments though we question whether simplicity is even possible when handling so many complex personal data streams.
