a client with no likes, strictly upvote / downvote Reddit UI lean into that model and see if the data helps changes people's feeds. realistically, WC would need to implement this for real impact but could be a cool experiment to try out actively downvoting vs just scrolling past a bad cast

Likes model is proven bad. I get that we're used to it, but how is a platform where 1% engagement is considered good? I'm talking about lens, IG, x, all of the doomscrolling platforms where the only point is to keep going. Tiktok is so good at feeding you what you like, it doesn't even care about followers anymore.
