there should be a button that the user can tap or click to submit the form. the app should then make a very simple html, javascript, and css app. use a cdn hosted version of viem and create a app that can interact with the methods of the contract. use the user provided abi to determine what functions to expose in the dapp you create. the webapp you make should make webapps that allow the user to interact with the contract they specified, on the chain they selected, on the contract address they provided. have the app dump the code for the new app to the console
